Tom Elmquist
Tom Elmquist has always been what you would call a jack of all trades. He has worked in many fields starting with his career with the US Navy straight out of high school to IT support. From a young age he dreamt of having his work published. So much so that he spent his time filling spiral notebooks with stories and poetry, never giving up.
His stories range from fantasy to horror, drawing inspiration from his favorite authors Stephen King, JRR Tolkien, and many more. He was first published in I’m Not The Villian I’m Misunderstood and hasn’t stopped since.
In his downtime, he enjoys movies, gaming, and being a self-proclaimed geek. He lives in a small apartment in Pennsylvania with his four pet lizards, enjoying a simple and quiet life.

A Conversation with Death
A good deed can save a man’s soul or damn him forever. For Gabe, both were equally true. After a good deed that could have unmade existence, Gabe is literally faced with the choice of eternal life or death.
Lorelai, the spirit of death, offers Gabe the choice of taking back the good deed and facing damnation or becoming immortal. The price for his immortality? Being Death’s companion for eternity. His choice produces hellish events.
A Conversation With Death is the continuation of the story of the same name, first published in October 2022 in the anthology I’m Not The Villain I’m Misunderstood, an anthology published by Wild Ink Publishing.
